Finding a suitable place for this practice is essential: it should be silent and peaceful. Devote some time to it when you are not worried about work or other things. Wear comfortable clothes and turn off your phone. Another idea that may help you is to search YouTube or Spotify for yoga music, as this will help you concentrate and relax.
