With the well-being and health of our enrolled members in mind, our loyal user plan has changed its name.

Your loyal user plan – a plan that rewards consistency, length of enrollment and healthy practices – has changed its name to provide you with a greater incentive to help you take care of you and your family’s health.

With your vitality, well-being, future, happiness, health and care in mind, this new name is the result of a collaborative effort of Coomeva Private Healthcare. With this change we seek to highlight the importance of being more proactive when it comes to taking care of your health: more action, more care, more prevention.

Our plan continues to recognize those users that are diligent about their medical checkups, that go to our awareness and prevention activities and attend other events that benefit their health. You can do this by actively participating in our health lifestyle campaigns that that “+Activo” offers (or “Be More Active” in English).

We strongly invite you to activate your loyal user plan which rewards you for participating in the health campaigns we offer. You will continue to collect PINOS which you can later redeem for prizes such as experiences or products.

HOW TO REDEEM “PINOS”

At Coomeva Private Healthcare, we reward you for taking care of your health. Participate in our loyal user program and redeem the “pinos,” or points, you collect at your checkups and medical appointments.

 

Learn how to redeem points:

  1. Go to the webpage and enter your username and password. After logging in you will be able to see the number of points you have at the top of the page.
  2. In the menu, click on “Catálogo de Premios” (Reward catalogue) and you will find the different prize categories to choose from.
  3. Review all of the product’s details and add it to your cart. At the top of the page, click on “Confirmar Pedido” (Confirm Order)
  4. After verifiying that the product can be redeemed with the number of points available, click on “Pagar con mis puntos” (Pay with my points). Then enter the shipping information.
  5. Once you are sure that the shipping information you entered is correct, you can finalize the order you made with your points and receive your reward for taking care of yourself with “+Activo.”

 

Important:

  1. Upon redeeming your points, it takes 15 working days for your prize to arrive.
  2. Review the status of your prize once you receive it.
  3. You have 24 hours to recall your order.
