Are you allergic to this protein? There are more and more options on the market for gluten-free diets, which do not deprive you of your favorite foods. Here are some ideas to prepare at home.
Celiac is the name for people who have an immunological reaction to gluten. Therefore, they should avoid foods such as bread, cereals, cookies, pasta, cakes, flour tortillas, oatmeal, etc., as this group of proteins is found in grain flour, mainly wheat. Celiacs can also look for gluten-free versions of these products.
