The campaign, which aligns with the different programs we offer, seeks to encourage our members and their families to take care of their health and prevent disease.

  • A proper exercise routine can help the health of your musculoskeletal system stay strong.
  • Eat five servings of fruits and vegetables a day as well as whole grains, lean meats, fish and legumes. This can help you maintain a balanced and healthy diet.
  • If you are pregnant, it is okay to do 30 minutes of low-impact physical activity.
  • Going to bed at the same time, not consuming alcohol and avoiding the light from the screen of your cell phone can help you fall asleep better and get better rest.
